Reservation requests are to be submitted no more than 6 days in advance of the requested date. Reservation requests received after 7:00pm will not be processed until the following day. Next day reservations received after 7:00pm will not be processed.

Reservation times are limited to two hours within the following time slots: 8:00-10:00, 10:00-12:00, 12:00-2:00 and 2:00-4:00. Availability of courts between 8:00am – 2:00pm is prioritized for Organized Club Events. Court assignments will be made on a space available basis one day prior to the requested reservation and may be viewed in the Club Schedule after 9:00pm the evening before the requested reservation.
