Lynn VanLierop
I was born and raised in WA state and lived in the country on a farm. Definitely a tomboy I participated in sports from the 4th grade through high school and played city league slow pitch for 10 years. I have 3 children, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren with a 4th due in June. Besides pickleball I enjoy cycling, hiking and gardening. My work career started at an early age on our farm. Over the years as the company grew my involvement included, training, management, bookkeeping, payroll and lots of problem solving. I was assistant to the vice president of a major bank with various supervising duties. I was in real estate for 20+ years and specialized in new construction high-rises in downtown Seattle. As a broker I represented the marketing company working with the developers, architects, designers and contractors from inception through completion, managing all aspects of presales, and handling communications with all team members. After visiting different resorts in AZ three years ago, it was clear that PEM would be my new winter home. While not knowing anyone when I arrived, I found everyone to be very welcoming, warm and inclusive. We have an incredible volunteer pickleball group here and I want to do my part to give back. |
