HOLD MY COURT - RESERVATION SYSTEM

Park Residents and members of our pickleball club we use a pickleball court reservation website called “Hold My Court” to reserve main pickleball courts for mentoring, special events, skills practice etc. The system is free except for the annoying ads.

The attached PDF file contains login information for the Hold My Court website.  The PDF file will guide you through the process of getting a password and reserving a court(s).

A Hold My Court QR code will be posted on the main pickleball courts bulletin board.  When you scan the IR code with your I-phone camera or IR reader app, you are taken to the Hold My Court website to view the reserved courts.  If you have an Android phone, you may need an Android app.

Hold My Court rules:

  • Players can reserve a court during Recreational (REC) Play only.

  • Reservations will not be accepted during any Open or Organized Play.

  • Players can reserve a maximum of 4 courts up to two hours in a day.

  • There is no limit to the number of times a week you can reserve a court.

  • Reservations can be made on a week-to-week basis no standing reservations.

  • Reserving players please place a reserved sign on the court(s) gate to let other players know what court(s) you have reserved and for how long.

  • The player who reserved the court(s) has discretion over who plays or doesn’t play on the reserved court(s).  NOTE:  No outside players are allowed at this time due to COVID restrictions.

We will monitor court usage and if necessary put rules in place to regulate reservations.

If you have any questions please email me, call me, or come visit.
